Bright Brown

Hello all. Bright Brown is my new solo project. Murky but hopeful, it slowly emerged out of life after 9-11. Drawing on my conflicted thoughts as an Arab, an American, and most recently a father, this record takes shape at a time when personal and global feelings are linked like never before. Looking inward, i'm recording at home this time, starting with loose ideas, and letting the tape machine finish writing the songs.
